Here is an old original version of Real Player that you can use to play my archived radio shows .... this real player does not have the "bugs" and spyware in it that came in later versions ... follow the instructions below to install this on your computer (you have to uninstall any existing real audio players on your computer before loading this one so follow the directions) 

June 26,2003 update to the real player downloading procedure listed below ... we found out you should also reboot your computer (turn off and on again) after you uninstall your real player and before loading the one from the link below ... this assures that none of the old pieces of the old player will be linked in with your new down load .. this addition has been noted below 

June 25, 2003 POST - OLD REAL PLAYER ISSUE RESOLVED (HOPEFULLY) - 

The issue that many have been experiencing lately of not being able to hear the archives appears to be the following and started a number of weeks ago / if you have a new "realplayer 1" or have recently updated your real player then you probably have the "real player bug" that they put in to trap you from listening to some shows but more importantly we have discovered that there is apparently also a trap that reports to real player (and we do not know who else) which radio shows you are listening to !!!! GEEEE now who would ever do a thing like that in the "land of the free"???!!! So i am providing you with a link here to reload an older real player without the bug / first UNINSTALL your old real player (some people had to do it twice to make sure all the little programs are taken out) THEN REBOOT YOUR COMPUTER (TURN OFF COMPLETELY AND THEN TURN ON AGAIN ... THIS IS AN IMPORTANT STEP) ... then load the real player from the link below (about 8 MEG ... approximate one hour down-load time for 56 kbps modem) .. IF YOU EVER GET A POP UP WINDOW SAYING YOUR PLAYER NEEDS TO BE UPDATED JUST CLICK IT OFF AND IGNORE IT ... DO NOT GET A NEW REAL PLAYER ... ALSO MY PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION IS TO HAVE AT MOST A WINDOWS 98 VERSION 2 AND AN OLD REAL PLAYER READY TO LOAD IN CASE OF EMERGENCY SINCE THIS MAY BE YOUR ONLY LINE TO THE REST OF THE WORLD AT SOME POINT IN THE FUTURE .... BUT JUST TRY CLICKING ON THE SHOW ARCHIVES THAT ARE STILL REAL AUDIO AND SEE IF YOUR COMPUTER LAUNCHES A PROGRAM TO PLAY THE REAL AUDIO RADIO SHOW ARCHIVES ON THIS PAGE ...
